To export a used vehicle, it's necessary to change the cancellation certificate to an export cancellation provisional registration certificate (export plan notification certificate) at each prefecture's land transport bureau in advance. After receiving this, customs clearance can proceed.
We require details of export vehicles, heavy machinery, export parts, and necessary documents at least a week before booking. Vanning is completed by the day before loading, and submitted to the customs broker. Our company supports the entire customs clearance process.
