- In addition to the vehicle cost, there are auction fees, recycling fees, and our service fees.
- Will the vehicle be delivered to my home after winning the auction?
- It's possible, but since auction venues are located nationwide, delivery dates and costs will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Can I use a loan to make the purchase?
- We can prepare a cost estimate for the vehicle you wish to purchase. You would then need to take this estimate to a loan company and submit it yourself.
- Can I handle the name transfer myself?
- Yes, that's possible. We will bill you for the cost of the purchased vehicle. Once payment is confirmed, we will mail you the necessary documents. Please note that there is a deadline for name transfers, so we ask that you complete this process promptly.
- Is it possible that I won't be able to win the auction at my desired price?
- The auction price can fluctuate depending on the vehicle's year, mileage, and other factors. We will provide information about your desired vehicle and consult with you to try to match your budget.
- Is there a warranty after purchase?
- As these are used car auctions, there is no warranty. We do not accept returns or complaints.
